Located 400m from the base of Whistler Mountain, International House Whistler's student houses are located in the Creekside neighbourhood of Whistler. There is easy access to grocery stores, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, as well as gyms and a yoga studio. The houses are located around the corner from Alpha Lake Park, which is very popular in summer and boasts a beach volleball court, tennis courts, and picnic tables.

Creekside is only a 10 minute bus ride from the main village and the school and is well-connected with frequent buses throughout the day and night. It is also connected with the Valley Trail for students who are inclined to bike or walk the scenic 4km to the village.
